Flexibility and strength will return. Out the of 108 karana\u2019s only 36 are used for the purposes of personal development (yoga).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>A karana consists of 3 parts<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Bodily postures<\/li>\n<li>Hand movements<\/li>\n<li>Movements of the feet<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The movements from the N\u2019rrita are refined by nature. The most important difference is that in the original practice the placements of the legs was achieved through the energy of the legs, as nowadays the placement of the legs is manipulated with the hands to achieve the same shape.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Nicolet Montanus<\/h3>\n<p>The Nrtta consists of 3 forms.
